Terms and Conditions of Able Ventures

1. Scope of Services

   • We will provide consulting services as agreed upon in writing or as outlined in a specific proposal or contract.
   • The services will be performed by qualified professionals from Able Ventures.

2. Confidentiality

   • All information exchanged during consulting communication is confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   • Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property

   • Any intellectual property developed during the consulting engagement belongs to the respective party unless otherwise specified in writing.
   • Client agrees not to use or reproduce any intellectual property of Able Ventures without permission.

4. Payment

   • Client agrees to pay Able Ventures the fees as outlined in the proposal or contract.
   • Payment terms, including due dates and methods of payment, will be specified in writing.

5. Termination

   • Either party may terminate the consulting engagement with written notice.
   • In case of termination, Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

6. Disclaimer

   • Able Ventures provides consulting services to the best of its abilities but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
   • Client acknowledges that consulting advice is based on available information and may not cover all potential scenarios.

7. Limitation of Liability

   • In no event shall Able Ventures be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the consulting services.

8. Governing Law

   • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Amendments

10. Entire Agreement
